Our new purchased
RVTrader.com is always good about sending us new listings, in my case for anything with "fun mover" in it. One morning saw this beauty, a 2006 33C. It's been hard to find any Fum Movers, much less this rare model. Looked like it was in fairly good shape, had lived in the dry heat of the West, and would be a prefect fit our future adventure needs. We reached out to Bill at First Class RV, and over the next week made a deal. One minor challenge, our new Fun Mover was located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. And Bill wasn't keen on delivering it to NC.

Our First Adventure
Took a bit of planning and logistics, but the day was finally here.
The Plan: Chad and I would fly to Vegas, where Dad would meet us and drive us to Arizona the following morning to pick the RV.
Then head East on Hwy 40 until we reach North Carolina.
That was the whole plan.

We cross our fingers and hit the road, less than an hour into our ride home, we saw what we thought was smoke coming from the engine, we soon found that radiator hose was not clamped on and had blew off. With a bit of creative effort we reattached the hose, refilled the radiator, and we're back on the road.

We left Lake Havasu City, AZ on Friday Dec 11th at 12:30PM and arrived in Wake Forest, NC at 12:30PM on Sunday.

A BIG Thanks to my brother Chad for his time, efforts, and company on our drive east.
